At speed, I get a loud flapping / rattling noise from the front; passenger side I think.

 

I've not been out enough to give more detail and unlikely to be in a position to get up to speed too often but suffice to say, it happens around the 70mph ish mark.

 

I will be mentioning it to the dealer but thought I'd see if anyone here had ideas please...?

I assume you have checked the under trays/shields are secure and not hanging down or damaged?

I can't see or feel anything obvious. Have mentioned it to dealer and they will take a look tomorrow along with a few other small things under warranty.

Car up on ramps and three loose/sheared bolts holding the undertray in. Only obvious on ramps and needs force of air to move them. Problem now sorted 👍
