Hi, please can you let me know some more details about your car? Reg number to check history. Options fitted. Mileage. Values are variable? Depends on mileage and options fitted? Thanks Andy

@Andy Cope You will stuggle to find a more knowledgeable owner or a better maintained twincharger.

Better you look for an enthusiast maintained car and do not go with Full Main Dealer servicing history, or a history of being at main dealers and maybe not much done.

@toot going to see 2014 vrs 54,000 miles, on friday. Full history dealer and German Indy garage. CTHE engine belt or timing chain? Car is 9 years old. So if belt it should have been changed due to age . Matching Michelin tyres all round. Any other advice would be appreciated. Thanks Andy

It is a timing chain.  Are they standard size 205/40 r 17 fitted.  215/ 40 or 205/45 17,s are ok.    Did the car need 34h5 and get it done to the DSG since 2017. Software update.   So plugs, air filter should be recent changed or at least checked.   See how the brake discs look, check it.  how is the back box.    Condition condition condition is what matters and what might need doing that the Indy garage has not being getting paid to do.  A full history is good if everything is itemised.   Ps. ? What are past mots, showing, fails, advisories, what at the last MOT.   Maybe stick up the registration number of it.  PPS. Record or a waterpump already replaced would be good, maybe of a timing chain tensioner even though a low mile car.

It’s on black gigaro wheels. I’ll ask seller about software update on DSG. If not can this or should be updated at Skoda. Last mot states advisory of front tyres which owner mentioned. I’ve done a car check and previous mots. It’s had a cat back exhaust. Possibly a Tony banks? Which I will check. Audio changed to Kenwood DNX516DAB. Do you need reg number? Cheers Andy

@Andy CopeIs this a Blue car?

It is a Service Campaign item, so if not done and due it is free at a Skoda Main Dealers.

If all is OK now not an issue. Just interesting to know.

It does not always show here.

As to Black Gigaro.   Original has the Polished edge.

I used to paint Gigaro like Dark Chrome with corrosion to Black or any colour.  So is the polished edge still there on this cars wheels?

I had just thought it might have been a car that was a members car that I had a drive in a few years back that had a TB exhaust but it would have more miles by now than that.  That one was a 2014 @vRSgone,s and had a BlueSpark tuning box fitted and went rather well.
