My much better half is taking delivery of her new Karoq next week.

1.5 petrol SE L. DSG with optional power tailgate.

 

It’s hers (and ours) first Skoda, so I thought I’d get in touch with people who know Skodas and find out about bits and bobs as they arise.

 

First stop will be questions relating to a Full Sized Spare Wheel.

Hopefully the car is very nice addition, recommend you get the dealer to print or email you the list of "build codes" (PR Codes) this will come in handy down the line when you want to order parts, or if some asks which engine code/gearbox code.

Also a first time Škoda buyer waiting on a Karoq.

 

Getting a spare wheel was one of the bargaining chips we used to seal the deal and place the order, I can’t emphasise enough how much I hate that stupid gel/foam nonsense supplied these days in lieu of an actual spare 😆
