Skoda goes from strength to strength

Featured Replies

Well here an excellent bit of information........one of the proprietors of our favourite tuner, Jabba, now runs a Octavia 4x4 estate (same colour as Colin's)!

They're well chuffed with it. Still standard at the moment but won't belong before the Jabba goody list is raided.

Rumour has it a Furby RS is also on the shopping list.

Respect goes out to all those at Jabba on their excellent choice of motor.

I just know you were going to say that......I even said to Carol we would hear the last out it. ;)

I suppose the saving grace is that it isn't DB.

That says it all......... :mw:

Yep, it says they think the 4x4 is the car most in need of improvements to me ;)

Mike said when he did mine (the second octy 4x4 to be done) he was going to have one as a project car one day...

:D

I think I was their 3rd/4th 4x4 and after the test drive, Mike was saying how well he thought the 4x4 handled bad roads at speed! Love to see what they do to it in the brakes and suspension department !

   You really are on one today, aren't you, Geoff?!

I was having a chat to Mike about it whilst my car was being Jabba'd a couple of weeks ago, he said he got it for a very good price.

Maybe that's why he didn't get a vRS, lower residuals for a 4x4 (joke!) ;)

I think it was price and the need for an estate.

Brian has had pimp tints done already.

all this vRS vs 4x4 aint half funny. if i get another car i might buy a 4x4 and have both vRS and 4x4! fancy then both as good cars!

Get a yellow one and you can choose sides whichever you see fit - vRS v 4x4, hatch v estate, black v yellow...

Now where's the fun in that? :D

missing the point.

i like both 4x4 and vRS

missing the point.

Good on you!

Mind you, with a black 4x4 hatch I am continuously tempted to miss the point, and usually do so...

i like both 4x4 and vRS
Now if only all the vRS owners were as broad-minded and likeable as kenny.........rolleyes.gif

not sure if thats a good idea....lol

i would be over the moon if i had both on my driveway!!

If only all 4x4 owners practised what they preach ;)
Is that a coded reference to my current title? rolleyes.gif

Yeh, you RS boys I don't know, tut.

Anyone know if turn-coat is hyphenated, and what colour is it?

Look here, Geoff, now that you've passed 2000 (belated congratulations, BTW) isn't it time you went to bed, or are you trying to get to 3000 today?
