Anyone know how to run wires thru the door panel to the inside the car? Thinking of putting in side mirror cameras as I already have the hardware given to me.

 

I can run the wires in the door panel (A from pic) issue is how to properly thread it thru the actual car (B).  

It depends where you are routing it to.
If to the infotainment unit, up in the A pillar, past the fuse box, take out the box on the top of dash (2 Torx screws) and you are there.
