panoramic sunroof replacement

Hello,

sadly my panoramic sunroof has failed.
It started clicking heavily for months now and even after greasing it sounded quite horrible.
Last week it failed catastrophically, the glass is now crooked and the mechanism has jammed.

My local dealer quoted me 1066 quid for a new sunroof without fitment.

I found a used one from a burned wreck (interior didn't burn but had soot damage), my question is...Which seals do you recommend replacing?

Does anyone know what kind of weight i can expect?
