I assume you've bought the DV30....DV26 will work only on a standard car. If you get it mapped the CEL light will come on.

thanks for the replies the baily dump valve i have bought is twin piston atmospheric deemon tweeks told me this was right for the car and its the single piston version that is incompatable will this be ok

This is probably the DV26.

The OEM DV are diverter valves which dump excess boost back into the airbox and not the atmosphere......like I said should work on a standard car but if you get it mapped you will probably get the CEL light coming on.

If you wanted to get more of the "pstssh" sound would have been better to get a CAI/induction kit and a Bailey DV30 or Forge 007.
