Hi guys, a little under a week ago I traded in my beloved MY11 Octavia MK2 FL VRS for a rather lovely MY17 MK3 FL VRS, Absolutely loving the upgrade and chuffed to bits with it. 

 

However I was walking across the car park after work today and noticed it doesn't actually have a front VRS Emblem on the grille. I don't recall ever seeing one of these without a grille mounted VRS badge, was this an optional extra or something or has some little oik made off with it at some point?

 

Anyway I'm looking to grab a new one, nothing fancy, just after the OEM emblem. It doesn't look like there are any locating tabs or anything on my grille to accept one though, is it literally a case of just buying an emblem from a main dealer and glueing it on to my existing grille? 

 

Also, can I assume I'll need one specific to the Facelift Octavia as it looks to me like the Pre Facelift and Facelift grilles are slightly different. 

Mine was standard, maybe the previous owner de badged the car.
