Columbus power issues

Featured Replies

Evening, over the last few weeks i've been getting intermittent problems with the head unit.

Occasionally when i've been driving with the unit on, turn the ignition off, get back to the car and start it, the head unit doesn't boot up. There are also no lights illuminated so appears to have no power.  By itself it will then power on. I've tried resetting it (when it's been powered on) which has made no difference.

This has  happened more frequently and It seems to have died now, been driving today for over 2 hours and it hasn't come on. Any ideas? Thought maybe fuse but surely that either works or doesn't?

Cheers for response. I'd read this also. Trying a local car audio repair to see if they can sort.
