CarPlay does not work. Android auto does

Featured Replies

In a period I have used a 5-in-1 cable to connect my IPhone to my car, but agter some days I cannot connect the IPhone or my CarPlay wireless dongle to g’et carplay to work anymore. I have tried:

original iPhone cable

reset the infotainment system

reset Bluetooth and carplay on both the infotainment on both the phone and car

updated the software on the car from the Skoda retailer

Android Auto and Android phones work with the system, and the IPhone and carplay works in our other Skoda car.

Any suggestions on what I can try to solve the problem?

I forgot to mention that the infotainment reboots after some time if I do not disconnect the iPhone from the cable

Hello. Similar issue AA WORKs well, CarPlay won’t even start just gets error while attempting to connect via cable. It is the Amundsen with shown model. Tried different phones and cables. The latter all work on other cars eg ‘19 Passat. Thanks in advance.
