Front LED DLR stopped working

Hi,

I had to change a (xenon) bulb in my Skoda Superb L&K and ran into difficulties as its where its best to take the front bumper off.

So in the end took it into garage who changed it but he said the LED DLR light on that side was not working - It's a good garage and he explained that its a bit of a grey area in the law whether you needed them (he said at the moment it's not a problem).

Just wondering if they might be an easy fix for this, fuse gone etc. I managed to get the bulb out but couldn't fit a new one - could have running the car to the garage without a bulb in blow the LEDs?
