I just fitted my PD160 intake - What a difference!!! Even with the standard paper filter, the engine picks up revs much quicker. I can't wait to see if the smokiness caused by the really hot weather decreases! (pushing 45 deg C!:( )

Many heartfelt thanks to VRStu, who kindly went through the trouble to source the intake for me and send it on to me here in the Arabian Gulf!

I remember a recent post that wanted to know what happened to the goodwill and comraderie on Briskoda. Believe me, it's alive and well!

All I can say is that by meeting up with such wonderful people such as Xav and VRStu, I have really enjoyed good company, advice and help looking after our common love and obsession - the Fabia vRS:D (Hope SWMBO doesn't read this post:D)

Xav is hopefully coming out again soon, so we'll hit the town together (he's become quite the fountain of knowledge of local hotspots:rofl: )

I really looking forward to meeting up with Stu and other Briskoda members if I do make it to the UK this August.
