The picture seems to have gone from the forum link I posted but in OBD11 go to Dashboard--> Long Coding--> click on the "0|1" next to Long Coding then under Byte00 there is a option "Speed Warning at 120km/h (75mph)"

This is set to "Not active" on my car

The wire is basically a cable to my phone for android auto. I have my phone on the right rather than in the middle.

 

There's some sensors when a car gets too close.
