I can confirm this is true......last time I rang I don't think I even got any hold music. Straight through to Milton (who I seem to manage to talk to every year for the last 8 years!) got home insurance changed inc new address, and breakdown details swapped to the new address, all within about 10mins, though a few mins of that was just general chit-chat about cars, houses, and why im 99% sure he is the only one on the phones
