I bought mine from Amazon - Bosch R2543 - Cabin Filter activated-carbon : Amazon.co.uk: Automotive

 

I got the Mann filter, you can go on their website and find the correct one.

 

When you change the pollen filter make sure you put a bit of cardboard under the pollen filter then pull the cardboard out whilst holding the pollen filter. 
 

Majority of the videos online don’t do this 😞

What is the best way to release the soft close arm from the clove box cover superb mk3 2018 seen people do it different ways and I don't fancy damaging anything. Thank for any information.

If it's the same as the 2016 model then the glovebox is held by two rubber stoppers that bump against the glove box surround - you can see them if you open the glovebox as far as possible then look towards the back of it. Squashing them out of the way one at a time will let the glovebox drop forwards - the soft close arm just slips out of it's mechanism automatically.

Than you can find several ones complying with this ref. Depending on the manufacturer, you can sometimes find ones with activated carbon.

I usually go Bosch, or Valeo.

Many thanks will give it ago tomorrow i was just a bit concerned about the soft close arm, it does have the two rubber stops at the top so will release them first and then as you say the soft close are will hopefully just pop out.. I've got a Crosland filter but it doesn't have an arrow to show the direction of air flow.
