Anti-roll bar bush size

Just wondering if anyone knows the correct anti-roll bar bush size for a 2014 1.4TSI 122bhp Rapid? I'm assuming it's either 19mm or 20mm but I'm struggling to find any info online. 

 

Mine are creaking like crazy going over bumps so looking to replace with Powerflex and silicone waterproof grease.
