The outside diameters of Karoq tyres are in all cases except one, bigger than the outside diameters of Octavia MK4 tyres. The one exception is the 225/40R19 tyre size, which is shared between the 2WD Karoq and the Octavia MK4. However, if you like a lot of comfort, it would probably be better to avoid the 225/40R19 tyre size on either car.
