Afternoon all.

I have a quick question. In July 2022 all car manufacturers in the EU were required to install some form of intelligent Speed Limiter into new builds.

In Feb of this year I took delivery of my new Octavia vRS which was built after that date (October the build was commenced apparently) yet I can't find any mention of an Intelligent Speed Limiter.

Does anyone know if Skoda fitted this system and if so, where would I find it.

New Builds are New Type Approved models.

Mk4 Octavia are not new as type approved before 2022.
