Hi guys. Have changed the window motor äfter both front windows stopped working. I càn operate the passenger window fine from drivers side. However when I try the drivers window I can hear the motor turning but window not working. Any idea thanks loads!! 

Seems like the winder mechanism has failed, sometimes the drive cog on te end of the cable snaps off, you will need a replacement winder mechanism usually from a breakers yard which will come without the motor, normally they are arond £20-£30 to buy, only downside you need to remove panel again and take the glass out to replace the mechanism, had to remove one guide from the frame to get glass out but is  a  diy job just need to careful with the glass
