15mm wheel spacer bolts

sorry if this has been covered i did look but couldnt find the anwser to my question.

 

could some one confirm if these are the right bolts i need for 15mm spacers on the front?

im using original skoda alloys

im fitting 20mm to the rear and they come with bolts,  i asume to bolt the spacer to the hub and then use origanl wheel bolts to bolt the alloys on?
