Coloumbus sim mode help please.

Featured Replies

Hi all

Is it possible to stream music from my Samsung a52  without the infotainment unit hijacking the phone please?

I've went through every setting on  the unit  and the phone and I can't see any way of doing this.

Please help before I go insane. 😞

TIA

Not in this one - must be replaced, e.g. to 3C8035730D or 3C8035730E

Thanks for the reply mate.

no. that is an earlier one, the letter at the end is a revision number and you need D or E or later

Hi thanks for the reply.

Will the updated version you mention allow Bluetooth streaming and will it stop the car taking over the phone  ?

Thanks in advance

I dont know what you mean by that, i stream music from my s20 over bluetooth and still have full control of my phone, perhaps you have allowed the wrong type of connection, i use hands free protocol (hfc) not sim direct (premium) on a C revision bluetooth module.

I've ordered a new upgraded one from eBay so hopefully it'll work now. Cheers
