Navigation and traffic info

Featured Replies

Howdy all :)

only 6 kms left to reach 10.000 kms on my Octy, goes super fast.

Anyway, on my home screen I have the navigation with traffic info - very useful as I decide which route to take to get home, depending on the info shown. But hey, sometimes it shows nothing. Any idea what can be done to get the missing info? Turning the unit off and on does nothing. This morning there was real chaos and the map showed nothing? 🤷‍♀️

It depends which country you are in.  As you specify kms I presume you are not in the UK.  In the UK the carrier of that service (Classic FM I am led to believe) has stopped being the carrier, and no-one else has come forward to take the franchise. So in the UK the traffic feature is currently not available.

I read about the issues in UK in another thread. I’m from Slovenia and it’s just random - most of the times it works but sometimes just doesn’t and can’t figure out why and how to fix it, cause it’s really a nice feature I got used to.

Always find that Waze or Google Maps are best for navigation and traffic. Although if you know where snarl ups regularly occur local knowledge is a bonus.
