I am not a native English speaker,
I just bought a new Octavia 2023 car in early April.
USB C has been having some problems, before can not charge the phone, after upgrading the problem has been solved. But with a USB stick, playing a song, the Columbus just freezes and restarts repeatedly.
The two usb c sticks are Kingston type c usb 32G and SP 32G, both new.
I will report the problem to ŠKODA AUTO

Now listening to music can only use Car play with Spotify

When that is working, you can press and hold down the Menu button for about 10 seconds to find the firmware that is loaded onto this, I can send this, but given the car has warranty, you should send to dealer.

 

I can confirm if newer version exists and then when dealer says there isn't you know better.

I went to the dealer 5-6 times in April, they can only help to upgrade the system, but the problem remains the same. They said they would forward the problem to Skoda, but nothing more.
