Alloy wheel identification

trying to find another wheel, as i currently have the spare on , i've just bought the car (2010 octavia) im uncertain if they are skoda wheels, or audi etc, maybe one of you know?

It's the usual 16" rim specification that is fitted to the VW Golf MK5/6 and various clones such as Octavia MK2, etc.

Could you help me identify this Skoda Alloy Wheel? A part number would be awesome as well?

It is on a 2018 Skoda Octavia Scout and I’m looking to purchase another one.

I think the part number (and full sizing) are cast into the inside of the rim.
