There are two "foam and jack kits" (which includes everything except for the actual spare saver spare wheel, for the Kodiaq MK2. One of the "foam and jack kits" is for the Kodiaq MK2 5-seater and the other is for the Kodiaq MK2 7-seater. Neither will fit a hybrid version where the battery is in the spare wheel well. Both kits are only for a 145/85R18 4Jx18 ET28 space saver spare wheel. There is room for a space saver spare wheel with the Kodiaq MK2 mild-hybrid (NOT plug-in), because the batteries on these are tiny (probably less than 1kWh capacity) and are fitted under the front passenger seat rather than in the spare wheel well. The 80km/h speed restriction is only relevant if the tyre sizes don't match. Many Fabia MK3 owners will have tyres sizes different from 185/60R15, such as 215/45R16...so in that case the 80km/h speed restriction would be relevant. If you want, you can remove the yellow speed restriction sticker as it's not relevant to this car.

3 Red 1 Green is a 6Q0411105M front spring. This is a lowered ride height front spring, which is what you would expect for the Greenline. I would try 205/60R16 6Jx16 ET35 (non-standard offset for this tyre size and not guaranteed to fit with snow chains) on the Kamiq with snow chains from the Octavia MK4. These Octavia MK4 snow chains fit 205/60R16 6.5Jx16 ET48 wheels on the Octavia MK4...but clearance is not guaranteed on the Kamiq...although there only needs to be a few extra millimetres of clearance compared to the guaranteed 195/60R16 6Jx16 ET35 option on the Kamiq for rubbing not to occur. The Kamiq owner's manual only lists the 16" winter wheel size for use with snow chains (with links and locks that are no larger than 13mm), ie. 195/60R16 6Jx16 ET35...not the factory fitted 205/60R16 6Jx16 ET38/ET40 wheel sizes. The alloy rims on 215/45R18 7Jx18 wheels have very little protection from kerbing damage (because the sidewalls don't bulge out much), so are probably best avoided if deep snow is hiding where the kerbs are. As it's increased ride height, the centre-hub-to-top-of-wheel-arch measurement should be the same as the Scout. The reason the Scout is higher, is because of the bigger outside diameter tyres that it uses...as shown in the chart below. Compared to the 205/55R16 tyre size, the 225/50R17 has an outside diameter 24.9mm bigger...so will raise the ride height by 12.45mm when everything else is equal. 205/55R16 6Jx16 ET35 isn't in the car's CoC (Certificate of Conformity)...hence it isn't approved by Skoda. 205/55R16 6Jx16 ET35 could be used as a spare because spare wheels don't have to be in the CoC...but this is an economy measure, so it would be better to use a wheel specification that's in the car's CoC. In strict European countries, the wheels on the car (not including the spare wheel that's used as a temporary get you home measure) need to be in the car's CoC. So if it's 16" wheels on the Kamiq, the only specifications are 195/60R16 6Jx16 ET35 (winter tyre size, but can also be used with summer and all-season tyres), 205/60R16 6Jx16 ET38 and 205/60R16 ET40.

That's a 205/55R16 6Jx16 ET35 5/100 57.1 steel wheel...which is the wrong tyre size for the Kamiq. The correct wheel sizes for the Kamiq are 195/60R16 6Jx16 ET35 (winter tyre size), 205/60R16 6Jx16 ET38, or 205/60R16 6Jx16 ET40. Skoda parts department may have poorly chosen the 205/55R16 tyre size because it's cheaper than the correct tyre sizes for the Kamiq, ie. 195/60R16 or 205/60R16. Skoda don't approve 205/55R16 for the Kamiq, ie. it won't be in the car's CoC (Certificate of Conformity). The spare tyre doesn't have to be listed in the car's CoC, so although a non-standard tyre size could be used it's has a much smaller outside diameter than the Skoda approved tyre sizes...as shown in the chart below. Bilstein B4 22-230539 front shock absorbers and Bilstein B4 19-230559 rear shock absorbers do appear to be the ones to go for...if you want Bilstein B4 for an Octavia MK3 with lowered ride height, 55mm front struts, and multi-link rear suspension.

5Q0413031FP is listed against both Bilstein B4 22-230539 and Bilstein B6 35-229872 front shock absorbers. 5Q0513029FL, 5Q0513029KF, and 5Q0513029RR aren't listed against any Bilstein rear shock absorbers...but Bilstein B4 19-230559 and Bilstein B6 24-229890 rear shock absorbers appear to be listed against all of the Golf MK7 rear shock absorbers with lowered ride height.

When choosing aftermarket shock absorbers, it's best to first get the OEM part numbers of the original factory fitted shock absorbers. Aftermarket shock absorbers usually have a list of OEM part numbers that they are being sold to replace. Often this list is very long, in which case the aftermarket shock absorber might not be a close match to the original...ie. a one size fits all approach. With the Octavia MK3 VRS it might be best to go for original Skoda shock absorbers...that way the shock absorbers will be what Skoda intended. Price is around twice that of OE quality aftermarket shock absorbers such as Bilstein B4, Sachs, KYB, etc. An alternative to genuine Skoda shock absorbers is Bistein B6/B8. These have a superior mono-tube design rather than the usual twin-tube design of most other shock absorbers. Bilstein B6/B8 shock absorbers might not cost much more than genuine Skoda shock absorbers. The factory OEM part numbers for the shock absorbers can be found on the "skoda parts com" website by setting up an account and putting the car's VIN number in the online garage. Then when genuine Skoda shock absorbers are searched for, only the correct OEM part numbers are shown.

In the UK, the Octavia MK3 VRS has lowered ride height not standard ride height. In some European countries with a lot of snow in the winter, it might have been possible to order the Octavia MK3 VRS from the factory with standard ride height. The Bilstein B8 shock absorbers are aimed at VAG cars with a nominal 15mm lower ride height than standard ride height. Bilstein B8 shock absorbers are about 20mm shorter than Bilstein B6 shock absorbers. Bilstein B8 are chosen for short springs such as Eibach Pro and Eibach Sport because they are 20mm shorter than Bilstein B6, not because they are optimized for springs that are shorter than VAG's lowered ride height springs. Bilstein optimize Bilstein B8 for VAG's lowered ride height springs, not Eibach Pro/Sport springs, etc. Bilstein B6 and Bilstein B8 shock absorbers have the same damping characteristics.

Bilstein B6 are for standard ride height. Bilstein B8 are for lowered ride height.

On the Octavia MK4, the 205/55R17 are usually fitted to 7J rims (although there are 6.5J rims mainly aimed at winter tyres, but the 6.5J rim could also be used with summer or all-season tyres). The 205/60R16 are fitted to 6.5J rims, so it isn't just more sidewall height that will improve the ride comfort but the 0.5" narrower rims. Going up from 288x25mm, there's two choices...either 306x26mm or 312x25mm. Below, I've just looked at the 312x25mm size. It might also be worth looking at 314x30mm from the Kodiaq MK1 (non-standard on the Octavia MK4) as this should still allow for 16" wheels to clear the front brake calipers. 314x30mm are very powerful because they are based on the 340x30mm brakes, eg. same calipers. If the current wheels are 225/45R18 or 225/40R19, then changing to 205/60R16 should make quite an improvement to ride comfort...especially if tyres with soft and flexible sidewalls are chosen. 16" rims will clear the front brake calipers on all Octavia MK4 diesels including the most powerful 2.0TDI 200PS (FWD or 4x4) models. Kilen/Lesjofors lists these front springs as being correct for the Octavia MK3 2.0TDI 105kW/143PS estate with standard ride height (without listing whether it's for manual or automatic transmission). Bilstein 37-293215 are sold to replace five different OEM part numbers including 5Q0411105GK and 5Q0411105GL so these front springs will be able to support the weight of the cars that these springs are normally fitted to. Bilstein 36-292776 rear springs are sold to replace both 5Q0511121AF and 5Q0511121AG, so will be able to support the weight of the car that these are normally fitted to. Alcar 9021 are 17" Kodiaq MK1 steel rims, ie. 6.5Jx17 ET38 5/112 57.1 so use the standard wheel bolts with OEM part number WHT001812. The Octavia MK2 parts catalogue shows that build codes 2UA/L07 is a 1K0411105AQ front spring marked with either 1 violet, 1 orange, 1 blue or 1 grey, 4 blue. So the colour that looks like pink is actually violet...at least according to the Octavia MK2 parts catalogue. kilen 25061 matches 1K0411105AQ and is available for under £30 each on ebay.

Narrower tyres would help lighten the steering especially if the car is currently fitted with the wide 235/45R18 or 235/40R19. The contact patch of 215/60R16 is slightly narrower than 215/55R17, due to the higher aspect ratio. However, 205/65R16 would be even better than 215/60R16. 205/65R16 would fit on the standard 6.5Jx16 ET41 rims. 205/65R16 has the same 95(690kg) load index as 215/60R16, so there's no problem with the tyre supporting the full axle loads of the car.
