How do you reset the " SERVICE "due message?

There are different ways for different years / dashes, engines.

 

Is the car set on Fixed Service Intervals now, 372 days / 9,400 miles or on Variable / Flexible, 24 months / 18,000-20,000 miles.

 

Plenty threads just on this forum or YT vids if you do a search. 

Thanks for your reply, I am not sure what service interval my car is set on.

@Roomster201Do you know when it was last serviced or reset and what it shows now and how it is counting down by days or miles? 

Or has it been serviced and says 'Service due'.
