All in One Service Plan - Excludes Brake Fluid change?

Featured Replies

@SkodasavOn the phone to who, a local Dealership?

If it was there that you got the duff gen i would be asking to talk with the Dealer Principal about the employees advice.

If you call Customer Services at VW / Skoda in the UK then there is a good chance of talking to someone that will have to find out from someone else and still get duff gen.

You're right - I'll avoid the dealers with this issue. I have the 'All-in-one' service plan - hence my 1st visit to the dealers last month - but they never mentioned the Haldex service to me, even though I asked  them to let me know everything that needs doing on the vehicle. This is my 1st 4x4 and I had no idea what about the Haldex until I read about it here! I don't think the Haldex service is covered by the service plan so I'll contact a local garage that I've used loads previously and ask them to change the oil and replace the filter. Thanks for your advice.
