So I replaced my clutch and all is good except for the steering angle sensor fault. I looked an had 2 abs sensor intermittent faults. Cleared with a borrowed snap on tool. And not come back yet.

Not faulty not defective just amber.

Ross tech suggests it's calibrated but not yet finalised and a test drive will clear. 

 

I've done figure of 8's, battery on/off, left turn right turn drive 10yds, and about 20plus miles and it's not cleared.

Anyone had this before ?

Yes and yes.

 

Actually perhaps yes and no, I have a recollection that I had to do some other coding with a set up code or something, IIRC the initial procedure description was very poor and resulted in the error.

And today, after 120 miles, in a car park in Weymouth, it cleared. No clue why but thankful.
