Please can anyone tell me if the space saver spare wheel for a Mk IV (185x15 Wheels) can be matched from any other Skoda models. I just wondered as I would like to buy  second hand, and hopefully this may give me more buying options.

What Mk4 do you have.  What size tyres are on it.

Would a matching size not be a good idea?

 

That is not a 'Space Saver'  it is a 15" steel wheel and tyre to save space.

 

Plenty spare wheels for a Fabia Mk2 or Mk3 will fit, or just steel wheels and tyres.    @Carlstonmight tell you what.

I have a 15 inch spare that came of a MK2 Octavia that is for sale.

Thanks for the replies. The tyres are 185 65 R15.  Freedom thanks for the offer but I am in London. I kept a spare wheel from our old Fabia MK1, but it is a 14 inch which is a shame.

The 14" rim is not a problem if it fits over the disc brakes, and it has the correct circumference / total diameter tyre to be near to the 4 tyres on the car if it needs putting on as an emergency spare with you reducing your speed and it is for an emergency only.

Here are three standard Fabia MK4 rim sizes.

I can recommend "The Wheel Shop" where I obtained a space saver tyre for my Mk 4 Fabia.

It came with good quality jack, wheel wrench and strong tool bag.
