Any ideas on knocking on lifting clutch (mainly reverse)

Hi all,

fabia 3 1.4 tdi sel

would really appreciate any comments on this noise. Anyone had this, what's the fix? Clutch? Gearbox?

it does it 40% of the time.

(Typical.. at a garage it didn't make itself heard.) 

 

It needs good speakers or headphones to hear it. It's like a knocking (at first it sounds like engine noise but not)
