I currently drive an old workhorse - an 2008 Octavia VRS estate, PD engine. I really love the car but various issues means it's beginning to feel like throwing good money after bad. 

 

I am thinking about getting this car as a replacement:

And have put a deposit down on it, off to see it Saturday morning.  

 

I don't know modified cars, I've never run one, but I would enjoy it the power being available. I've checked I can afford the insurance with mods mentioned, and this car looks well looked after. 

 

Two questions - do the modifications look well thought out, and what do you think of the asking price?
