999 calls go through any network, if you don't have signal on your own network it will just go through any network that there is a signal on.

No compact umbrella in our used Karoq which we bought last year; dealer sourced one but unfortunately it’s a little too big to fit in the compartment under the passengers seat that’s there for that specific purpose. At least we got our umbrella
