Phoenix Motors-Prussia Street

Featured Replies

Car was booked in to Phoenix Motors Prussia Street this morning after it started to misfire( 03 Fabia 1.2 Htp) and engine management light came on. Told Ken I needed the car to drive to the Special Olympics events in Antrim later in the week.

By lunchtime they had the car fixed ---coil pack was faulty so they replaced the 3 of them under Skoda goodwill. Also said that they had not come across this happening much with the Fabia.

Thanks to Ken, Vincent and all the staff for sorting it out so quickly for me.

Again could not fault Phoenix Motors Prussia Street for their service provided.

Anybody else in with them please pass on my thanks.

I was in there yesterday, tring to sort a rattle/noise in the back, a little harder to pin point unfortunately.
