Could anyone clarify these readings as to what they suggest the issue is? Does this mean faulty injector cylinder 2? 

 

Any help would be much appreciated 

What is the issue, is it theoretical or does the car have symptoms?

I have a slight judder lower revs in 4th and 5th that clears at higher revs 

The 1.6 TDI is famous for eating its injectors so if they've never been replaced then replacing all four would probably solve the problem, however there's no imperative to do so until the symptoms become intolerable. Your choice really.
