I have a feature in my Skoda Octavia 2021 (I don't know what it's called) where, for example, if there's a roundabout ahead, the car automatically slows down. Similarly, if the upcoming road has a lower speed limit, it adjusts the speed accordingly. 

Is it possible to code  through OBD11 so that the speed is also regulated when I have the ACC activated?

*I notice that in my car specs I have PACC.
