I just wanted to flag up to anyone who had used Underwood Colchester who have now closed to please take care if they choose to take their vehicle to Underwood's Clacton

 

My experiences at Colchester was always very good.

It's been awful with the guys at Clacton.

And if you do have issues be prepared that Skoda UK will side with the so called approved partner than the customer.

 

It's a shame as when I come to change my car in 2024 I will looking elsewhere.

I’ve just been to Underwoods in Clacton.

They replaced one of my DCC shocks under warranty.

It’s the first time I’ve used them having bought the car approved used in the midlands, and having been very disillusioned with the shiny VW place in Colchester which has just started doing Skodas. 
No frills, no issues, no BS. 
 

Would recommend.
