Hi all, we have a fabia Mk3 (17 plate) and has had smartlink since we bought it (3 years or so). Always had an odd issue with CarPlay failing and cutting out but today when getting in we are getting the message about getting an activation key? Like I say, been using CarPlay for 3 years so it’s been activated.

 

Anyone had this before? What was the solution?

Go to service menu (long press MENU button) then to the list of FEC/SWaP codes, check installed FEC/SWaP codes and list each of them here with its' status.

Also pls go to the SETTINGS menu then SYSTEM INFORMATION and list here part number and SW version.

u could try updating the software, i have a file u can use? if u send me a gmail email i can share via googledrive
