Hi folks,

 

My 2017 Fabia estate comes with ACC which is great for motorway driving.

 

However for city driving I would like to use speed limiter instead but it seems it is not available on my car.

 

Does anyone know if coding can be done in order to activate speed limiter option and access it through the infotainment / dashboard menus or by replacing the wheel command ?

It should be possible through simple OBDEleven or VAGCOM Coding, although I cant guarantee it. I don't believe there is an indicator stalk available with both ACC and a MODE button to change the modes, and im not aware of the fabia dashboard being capable of doing this in its place. I can drop you the coding if you'd like, and you could see what it does, but there likely wouldnt be a way to change between the two modes - and it may just throw up errors.

Interesting, there is a stalk with the ACC and Mode button! I did try look but couldn’t find one for the Fabia. Perhaps it will work then providing this stalk is fit
