P2015 Fault Code on a 2.0 tsi CCZA - with updated manifold

Recommended Posts

Hello everyone!

I have recently gotten a solid amber EML light. The fault code reads only one code being, P2015.

I had gotten the EML when accelerating on to the highway. Read the code and erased it as the car was running fine and thought that it was because of the abnormality cold weather (-20 c) that the car's computer was acting up. However after about 120 km the light came on again when accelerating relatively hard.

I did some digging an saw that this piece:

Could pop of and cause a vacuum leak which would in turn cause the P2015 fault code.

However, on checking my car, it has the updated intake manifold with this design.hq720.jpg.67484b14991e6cc4236105308bdd18f5.jpg

Im assuming that the pervious owner changed to manfold for the updated one.

My question is what can go wrong on a updated manifold to show a P2015 code?

Thanks!
