No mods yet, enjoying the wave of torque after a week in a rental Corsa 'Life' which struggled to do over 90MPH! I don't know much about the Vauxhall range but I suspect the 1car1 Corsa was a 1.0 at the most!

Similarly, even stock the Fabia corners like it is on rails compared to the Corsa!

Very happy with the choice we made!

I saw that large chunk of pink in the first pic and had to enlarge it to see wtf it was. Aha! Good old O.S. Been out the country that long, eh? ;)

Nice one.

Those seats look amazing!

Devon - well we had to find some nice twisty roads up in the corner of North Wales, it'd have been rude not to!

Dave - the seats were a last-minute choice, was originally going to go for ESP, Cruise, CD Changer and Xenons but then I read on here about the seats being a pain to keep clean and the Xenons pointing a little low, so I thought what the heck and crossed off CD changer and Xenons which went some way towards the cost of the leather.

They feel absolutely great to sit in! Comfy but not too soft. Very impressed with them, although Seat Surgeons might have been a more cost effective way to do things...Thinking about getting the door cards done, depends on cost really, if it's 100 quid or less then I probably will.

I have a set of Octy 17s in the garage waiting for tyres... That and the 'rival' rear ARB, once it hits the market, will probably be my only mods.

Another minor mod, and yes I know the headrests are on the wrong sides!

Looking good. Are you gonna be doing some lowering? ;)

Looking great John. Did you get the HU tools yet, BTW?

You need it lowering now though, that's what happens when you put nice 17s on it!

I am not sure about lowering it, to be honest!

Steve, yes I got the HU tools this morning, thanks very much!

Will get them back to you early next week, if that's ok?

What's the issue on lowering John - insurance, ride quality worries?

Glad you got the tools quickly. As I said no rush with them, post back when you're sure you've done everything you need. For example, if you think you'll put an bass box and/or Phatbox in, you might need access again. Keep them for as long as you need.

Insurance & warranty basically. Not sure that my mild driving style warrants the handling any better... for now!

If I have the car when warranty expires I might well have it remapped, do springs and shocks and 312 brakes all at once.

Will stay as-is for now other than maybe a sub and upgraded front speakers. I like the RDS features and stock look of the Symphony. I have an amp wiring kit coming back from Texas which I bought for the Saab and never used. Also have an amp but it's 2/1 channel and crap ($40 special, used in the Saab to drive midbass drivers in lieu of a sub).

If I changed the HU it would have to be the Becker.

Very, very nice TJ. Especially with those new Octy wheels on.

Thats looking good John.

Hope you manage to keep it clean!

If I changed the HU it would have to be the Becker.

Great choice :D
