I’ve got a fabia mk3 estate 2020. The handbooks mentions a standard swan neck towball.

 

is this provided as standard to these cars? Mine hasn’t got one but it looks like there is a place for one in the spare wheel.

 

If they aren’t provided, is the socket that they plug into the chassis fitted to all cars?

Handbooks are normally Model year specific, not trim, so have all available options that could be fitted to the car.
