Front door rain on lower door seal (Cill area)

I've read a thread in the past on re sealing the inside of the drivers and passengers door bottom but can't seem to find it again, can anyone point me in the right direction please

Before you take door cards off to re-seal the panel try looking at the bottom of the doors there are 2 slight bump like gaps that allow water out from the door, if these are blocked this can cause this problem, they usually block up with dirt rust etc and you can free them out with a small piece of stiff wire and then a squirt of wd strawspray into the holes/slit

I have checked and the drains are clear, after rain when I open the door and there's a puddle on my cill / seal the water runs then out of the drains

It's not crucial Crucian, but it's sill, as in window sill,  inner sill etc.
