Hi - I need to replace front shocks on a 2018 Superb 280 4x4

 

I gather Bilstein B4 and B6 Damptronic now available  (would like to keep DCC)

 

any other options or cheap Skoda parts -   anyone know skoda part numbers ?

 

although 6 years and 50k miles for front shocks is disgusting - even though they were recorded as misty 3 years ago at MOT at DM Keith Skoda garage but they wouldnt do owt about them.

together with Bilstein B6 I'll suggest replace springs to,

OEM are too soft and dropped few cms after four years

I had to replace my front shock absorbers (DCC ones) at 96000km 10 months ago, because they were also starting leaking and would not have pass MOT.

 

I´ve chosen to replace them like for like by OEM ones, whose reference is 3Q0413041AK (got it from the bill).

Did you try to have a look on ifinterface.com. Which is an online ETKA.

Then chose what corresponds to your Mk3 in the drop down menus in the top left corner.

Finally, use chapter 4 (Front axle and dif...)
