Hello looking at the images am I correct in believing that my system has never been updated since new? Also do I need to put the map and the radio stations on a separate SD card? Thanks.

There is 0480 available but if everything works OK then I do not recommend to run this update as changes to 0478, which is very stable firmware, are minor.

Radio stations logos are built into the firmware.

Maps on seaparate SD.

My car has not been updated since 2020 looking at it and maps say ECE as of 2020 or similar.

My 2019 Fabia Carplay glitches constantly. I've typed in the VIN on the skoda website and it says no updates available but everything I reads states it glitches due to needing an update. Can anyone help please?

The Skoda website only offers map updates, it sounds like you're looking for a firmware update?
