Where are the Owner Manual pdfs for new models

Featured Replies

Previously, before delivery of a new skoda, I was able to download the manual as a pdf and read the contents on my computer. I know there is an online html version, but it is very difficult to navigate without using a mouse. My desktop computer is setup for my disability (cerebral palsy) and I can easily navigate a pdf using mainly the keyboard.

I can't manage a smart phone and I notice that the Connect Portal website is going to be withdrawn, and the app will be the only way to use those features. Is this a conscious decision by Skoda that one size fits all, because it does not.

Many thanks for this link, it has a manual for 2021 Kamiq, so it should not be too different from 2024 - very helpful

I wouldn't rely too much on not being too many differences  but I found there a link for '2024 Skoda Kamiq Owner’s Manual'. - https://manual-directory.com/manual/2024-skoda-kamiq-owners-manual/

However Skoda UK should help you out with this as it is a duty of theirs to provide accessibility where they can and they certainly could with this.

Great idea to read the Owners Manual before you get the car, better still read it when considering the car before buying it if you can.

Unfortunately, if you follow the links, you end up downloading the same 2021 pdf. 😞

Sorry, I normally check that links work before posting but not if it involves downloading any Apps or programs, I've already got far too many Microsh1t "Apps" and programs I don't want and will never use so I loathe to add more.

Contact Skoda UK and ask them (to do what they should do anyway).

Hi all, can anyone help on this? I assumed that Skoda would have downloadable versions on their website - this page Å koda Owners Manuals & Car Owners Info | Å koda UK

says click here to download manuals but when I find my car (using 07/2020 Octavia) it gives an online interactive version, not a pdf download.

I use a more direct link but for that age of car it's the more modern (less good) version you have found. It maybe that there was a shorter paper version that came with the car when it was new but you'd be best finding out if this is the case with other owners in the relevant Octavia (Mk 3 or Mk4) forum.

The books aren't always the best written (like my posts) and VW hold back some information other manufacturers give freely but I promote the reading and referring to them to avoid unnecessary visits to Dealerships, garages, mechanics and auto-electricians that can be time, hassle and expense. Hence I have the direct link to hand. VWÅ koda manuals. - https://www.skoda-auto.com/apps/manuals/Models

'Å koda Octavia' forums. - https://www.briskoda.net/forums/forum/169-%C5%A1koda-octavia/

HTH.
