Hi There. Can anyone tell me how to get the leather grip and rubber gaiter off the handbrake. Mine has separated and the leather/rubber join but I cant see how you remove it to either replace or repair. I have watched videos for handbrake cover removal in general but they all refer to a small clip on the underside.....but mine doesn't seem to have this. It looks like the image attached. Any guidance appreciated.

That is very useful - many thanks. I would say that it doesn't seem very straight forward ie having to pierce the leather. Think I will need to do some further investigations. Thanks again

Sadly, not designed to be repaired, but to rip and replace.
