New additions to the Mk4

Featured Replies

Today I finally got around to replacing the air intake cover as the old one was scratched. At the same time I also fitted a rear bumper protector from Milotec.

Later this week I will be fitting the new replacement vRS sill protectors and original bonnet badge to replace the aftermarket badge that was fitted to the car by the previous owner. Already had a dent on the bonnet taken out.

Loving the car even if 34.7mpg long term is taking a bit to get used to from my last octavia which was a diesel.

Looking nice, very nice!

Must admit I have never cleaned the engine bay of any car I’ve owned - and that’s nearly 50 years of motoring. Yours does look good though, maybe I should start…

I like the boot sill protector too, a lot smarter and more reliable than a bit of cloth I use when loading heavy stuff.
