All in service & warranty

Featured Replies

Hi all,

What are your experiences of the all in package from Skoda and in particular warranty claims?

I've purchased it and have since had the gear selector error appear. My dealer have informed me I have to pay a £135 diagnostic fee before they make a claim to Skoda and that is not covered in the plan so is non refundable.

In all honestly I thought this would've been covered given it's a common fault and was wondering what others experiences were?

Thanks in advance.

Did the dealer say that you have to pay the diagnostic fee and if the fault is not covered by the warranty then you would have to pay it, or is there a flat charge regardless?

I know that even on new cars the warranty works like this.

The £135 is to be paid regardless of whether the claim is successful or not.
