Hello, maybe someone have figured out whats wrong with boot lid.

 

It only opens when I'm near the car, opening / closing trunk. Once when washing the car. I do not have virtual pedal for opening. 

 

When this happen there is no beeping sound. So I suspect it is not the key fob, as it does make sound. 

 

Either wiring or one of the buttons outside / inside.

 

Any thought's? Also maybe someone can drop a manual on how to remove boot lid covers, I plan on looking at the wires and everything else.

The only two times it did this to me, both times without sound, it was because I had the keyfob in my pocket and probably activated without wanting it.

There are several topics on the subject from many years ....

But how do you explain that it was activated with keyfob if it makes sound, when activated by key.

So there you go, I don't think it is a key knob, because you have to press it with certain amount of force, not so easy. And it is only happening when near the car. 

 

And if there would be sound then I could relate it to key knob. So far I think it's some kind of circuit problem.
