Hi, I was wondering how to change my login email address please?  I have looked through the mobile app but cannot find the option!

You do it via the profile icon. Tap where your name is and it should take you to the Green Room, tap profile details.

Hi 'The Wanderer' and thank you for your help.  Successfully changed the email address and password.  Can I also change my Skoda ID please?

You can't as far as I know.

Go to https://skodaid.vwgroup.io and log in, under the Contact Info section tap your email address, then Change email.

 

I did it about 18 months ago. There were a few emails to old and new addresses checking that it was me changing it and confirming I actually want to do it. Then had to update the settings in the car and app.

You can do most of it via the MySkoda app, if you follow the route I said.

Yep, but the online route allows change of Škoda ID too.
